    英国生命线出版的《走出忧郁,生命依然灿烂》

                                                                                                                                                                                                          ⒈不要试图叫忧郁症患者振作。要他们振作一点意义都没有,因为他们做不到,他们的状况身不由己。
    ⒉不要告诉他们:这一切都只是他们想像出来的。对他们来说,这个痛苦经验是真实存在的。
    ⒊不要一味批评:忧郁症患者非常敏感,一点点小批评也可能让他们陷入绝望的深渊。
    ⒋不要暗示他们必需为自己的心理状况负责。他们会因此有罪恶感,认为他们影响到周遭的人。
    ⒌不要试图强迫他们做任何事,只要不断给予鼓励与关怀。

      忧郁症的典型表现是思维迟缓、情绪低落、动作减少,激越性忧郁也是其中的一种。如果我们将抑郁症比喻成为一幅油画的
    话,那么,“情绪低落”作为忧郁症最基本的表现就是一层灰暗的底色。在灰暗的背景之上可见各种各样的画面。激越性抑郁
    没有典型的思维抑制,语言并无明显的减少,说话并非有气无力,其行为和动作也未必呆板和迟钝。其中一个显著的特征就是
    容易动怒,芝麻小事可大发雷霆,觉得眼前的一切都不顺眼。一向脾气温和者给人的感觉是变了一个人,有时不为同事和家人
    所理解,造成人际关系的冲突。发脾气为什么和忧郁症联系在一起呢?如果仔细地分析,我们会发现,容易动怒和激怒是一种
    痛苦和压抑的释放,有时是一种寻求帮助的呼叫。本质上仍然是情绪低落,同时反映了忧郁症患者对现实的不满以及力求摆脱
    的心态,有时也是一种对忧郁情绪的掩饰。
